HUD 202 Financial Rates

This community was constructed with grants from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through its 202 program. Seniors whose income falls at or below HUD’s income limitation guidelines qualify to apply for an apartment. Income limitations vary by city/county/state and can be found on HUD’s website: http://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/il/il2015/select_Geography.odn.

Seniors who qualify for an apartment will find that their rent will be approximately 30% of their adjusted monthly income. Click here for a worksheet that will help you determine what your rent will be.
