Rental Cost/Fee Schedule

Thank you for your interest in The LaFontaine Ballroom! This page will provide you with our current ballroom rental cost as well as a breakdown of our fee schedule. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions you may have.

Ballroom Rental cost

Our ballroom rental cost is $120.00 per hour.

The Red Brick Room

The red brick room is for less formal occasions. This room may be rented out at $50 per hour. We do offer discounts to non-profit organizations. Please contact us to learn more.

Fee Schedule

Deposit
There is a $100 deposit a the time of registration. This amount is refundable if cancellation is received 30 days prior to your event.

Set up fees
There is a $10 per hour charge for pre set-up after hours and weekends. Event charges are due in full two weeks prior to the date of your event. We do have linens available for rent. Linens and miscellaneous charges are payable on the day of set-up. Our kitchen fee is $35. Outside caterers are welcomed!

Required items
A signature of waiver and copy of bartenders license are required. Check or money orders are accepted.

Items you may not use in our ballroom

These items are not to be used in or around our ballroom:

• Rice
• Birdseed
• Confetti
• Candles
• Red Punch

LaFontaine Center is a non-smoking facility. We do offer a smoking area available outside. Thank you!
